Ran my first duathlan 2 mile run, 10 mile bike, 3.1 mile run. Did not set any speed records but had a great time! Best part was Charlie and Lauren ran the last 100 yards with me.

They Might Be Giants

Took the kids to see their first concert “They Might Be Giants” in Pittsburgh PA.
It was a great show for both kids and parents. TMBG even played “Istanbul” for those parents who listened in the late 80’s early 90’s. Bottom line it was a good show!
